Pat runs the gift shop! The gift shop has grown to include not only our own maple products - syrup, sugar, jelly, cream, and candles - but also pancake mix, jams, honey products, pottery, and specialty coffees and teas. These are combined into creative gift baskets. We list several gift baskets on our product page, but are willing to create custom baskets for your personal or business giving. |

| Michael and his son Joshua make a good team. The stainless steel contraption on the left is the evaporator where maple sap is boiled into our pure maple syrup. Earl and Michael have long been Leader Evaporator salesmen, trying out innovative equipment and helping other local syrup makers choose the best equipment for their size operation. |

At Parker Family Maple Farm we try to teach visitors the art and history of making maple syrup. Kristina stands ready to answer any questions. We host school tours each year, and participate in New York State Maple Weekend in March. |

| Earl is quiet, but the rest of us will brag on him. He has long been a leader in the New York maple industry. He is Past-President of the New York State Maple Producers Association, Past-President of the Northeastern New York Maple Producers Association, a state delegate of the associations, and was presented the prestigious Hubbell Award several years ago. He has been active with Cornell University's maple research program and Uihlein Station in Lake Placid. He has contributed many innovations to the ever-changing industry. |

There is always time for Michael, Jen, and their son Joshua (5th generation on Parker Family Maple Farm) to pose for a family portrait in front of the maple syrup they worked so hard to make. |
|
| This year we "teamed" up with Country Dreams Farm to offer horse drawn wagon rides through the sugarbush. |
